Kdo údaje zpracovává

Jaké údaje a proč

Z formuláře zpracováváme jméno a příjmení, e-mail, telefon, termín pobytu, počet osob a text vaší zprávy.

Používáme je výhradně k tomu, abychom vaši poptávku vyřídili, poslali vám cenovou nabídku a případně s vámi domluvili rezervaci. K ničemu jinému.

Na základě čeho

Údaje zpracováváme na základě vašeho souhlasu, který dáváte odesláním formuláře, a dále proto, abychom mohli jednat o uzavření smlouvy o ubytování.

Pokud u nás pobyt skutečně proběhne, vztahují se na část údajů také zákonné povinnosti ubytovatele, zejména vedení ubytovací knihy.

Jak dlouho je držíme

Nevyužitou poptávku uchováváme nejdéle dvanáct měsíců od jejího odeslání a poté ji mažeme.

Pokud dojde k rezervaci a pobytu, uchováváme údaje po dobu stanovenou právními předpisy pro ubytovatele.

Komu je předáváme

Vaše údaje neprodáváme ani nepředáváme třetím osobám pro marketingové účely. Předání přichází v úvahu pouze tam, kde to ukládá zákon, tedy zejména orgánům veřejné moci.

Vaše práva

  1. Vědět, jaké údaje o vás zpracováváme, a získat jejich kopii.
  2. Nechat si je opravit, pokud nejsou správné.
  3. Nechat si je vymazat nebo omezit jejich zpracování.
  4. Vznést námitku proti zpracování.
  5. Kdykoliv odvolat souhlas, aniž by to mělo vliv na zpracování před jeho odvoláním.
  6. Podat stížnost u Úřadu pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.cz.

Stačí napsat na hauslipno@gmail.com a kterékoliv z těchto práv uplatníme. Vyřídíme to nejpozději do jednoho měsíce.

Welche Daten und wozu

Aus dem Formular verarbeiten wir Vor- und Nachnamen, E-Mail, Telefon, Aufenthaltstermin, Personenzahl und den Text Ihrer Nachricht.

Wir verwenden sie ausschließlich, um Ihre Anfrage zu bearbeiten, Ihnen ein Preisangebot zu senden und gegebenenfalls die Reservierung zu vereinbaren. Für nichts anderes.

Auf welcher Grundlage

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt aufgrund Ihrer Einwilligung, die Sie mit dem Absenden des Formulars erteilen, sowie zur Anbahnung des Beherbergungsvertrags.

Kommt der Aufenthalt zustande, gelten für einen Teil der Daten zusätzlich die gesetzlichen Pflichten des Vermieters, insbesondere die Führung des Gästebuchs.

Wie lange wir sie speichern

Eine nicht genutzte Anfrage bewahren wir längstens zwölf Monate ab Absendung auf und löschen sie danach.

Kommt es zu Reservierung und Aufenthalt, speichern wir die Daten für die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Dauer.

An wen wir sie weitergeben

Wir verkaufen Ihre Daten nicht und geben sie nicht zu Marketingzwecken an Dritte weiter. Eine Weitergabe kommt nur dort in Betracht, wo das Gesetz es vorschreibt, also insbesondere an Behörden.

Ihre Rechte

  1. Zu erfahren, welche Daten wir über Sie verarbeiten, und eine Kopie zu erhalten.
  2. Berichtigung unrichtiger Daten zu verlangen.
  3. Löschung oder Einschränkung der Verarbeitung zu verlangen.
  4. Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung einzulegen.
  5. Die Einwilligung jederzeit zu widerrufen, ohne dass die Rechtmäßigkeit der bisherigen Verarbeitung berührt wird.
  6. Eine Beschwerde beim Amt für Datenschutz einzureichen: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.cz.

What data and why

From the form we process your name, e-mail, phone, dates of stay, number of people and the text of your message.

We use them solely to handle your enquiry, send you a price quote and, if applicable, arrange the booking. Nothing else.

On what basis

We process the data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and in order to negotiate an accommodation contract.

If the stay actually takes place, part of the data is also subject to the legal duties of an accommodation provider, in particular keeping the guest register.

How long we keep them

An enquiry that does not lead to a booking is kept for a maximum of twelve months from submission and then deleted.

If a booking and stay take place, we keep the data for the period required by law.

Who we share them with

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Disclosure only occurs where the law requires it, in particular to public authorities.

Your rights

  1. To know what data we process about you and to receive a copy.
  2. To have inaccurate data corrected.
  3. To have the data erased or its processing restricted.
  4. To object to the processing.
  5. To withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.
  6. To lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.cz.
